RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Work with process, test and R&D engineers to produce high performance BAW devices.
+ Lead Device Engineering teams to analyze and resolve yield and performance limiting factors by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
+ Assist and/or lead new product development and failure analysis.
+ Work with Module Product Engineering teams to understand Filter Die yield impact on module performance and yield.
+ Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the group.
+ Report Yield and performance metrics to higher management
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ MSEE or PhD (preferred) with 10-15years experience in semiconductor product engineering.
+ Experience with semiconductor processing required.
+ BAW or MEMS design and/or fabrication experience preferred.
+ Failure analysis and yield enhancement skills are required.
+ RF s-parameter test understanding required.
+ Experienced in development and completion of qualification plans.
+ Understanding of statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and RF circuit functionality.
+ Organized approach to problem solving.
+ Strong computer based skills
