**We are looking for a Finance Director to join our Rexel Energy Solutions Team in Dallas, TX!**
**Summary of Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support business General Manager in helping the business grow profitably
+ Develop key scorecards to monitor margin trends by program
+ Actively Support closing activities for the business
+ Identify risks and opportunities for the business … develop processes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
+ Provide leadership in developing detailed operating plans and short/long term forecasts by program
+ Work closely with staff to improve working capital metrics focused on improving AP terms, maintaining A/R disciplines and improving inventory turns
+ Work closely with Sourcing leader to tightly manage inventory profile and manage excess/ no sale inventory risk.
**Requirements:**
+ Knowledge of electrical distribution industry, supply chain management, markets and customers
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the business
+ Knowledge of various business data warehouses
+ Strong knowledge of contractual language & risks
+ Strong computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Analytical & problem solving skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in ever changing environment
**Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years business experience
+ Bachelor’s degree … MBA preferred
