Manage financial IT projects
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Program Manager:
Strong communication, written and verbal
Sense of curiosity and intuition – looks for things people perhaps aren’t saying
Identifies patterns in unstructured information
Quick ability to learn new things and adapt work-style based on varying skillsets and teams
Strong understanding of SDLC, IT lifecycles
Understanding of stakeholder, risk/issue/action management and change management processes
Ability to drive others to get work done
Unafraid to escalate and provide “true status”
Strong MS Project and HP PPM skills preferred
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work on multiple projects during the same day
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Strong understanding of project financials and benefits
Proven history of managing programs of up to 10 projects with multiple Project Managers
Track and understand project financials
Executive presence
Knowledge of cyber security applications and projects
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES :
Define project strategy and document
Stand up project governance and weekly cadence
Prepare project status reports
Prepare and understand project financials
Executive report outs
