Job Description:

Oversee the project development as an office manager for industrial plants and bulk material handling terminals, including the following:

+ Adaptable to ES2?s culture: being a team player, responsiveness to co-workers and clients, delivering results in alignment with commitments, and proper business ethics

+ Develop business relationships with existing and new clients

+ Provide competent and appropriate correspondence with all project engineering disciplines

+ Develop proposals and respond to RFQ?s and RFP?s.

+ Organize and conduct project meetings (i.e.: design development, value engineering, discipline coordination), site visits, etc.

Qualifications:

Education: M.S. or B.S.

Experience:

+ Building client relationships and business development skills

+ Minimum 7 years of design and/or construction experience
