Loan Origination Analyst - JPMorgan Chase (Texas)
Loan Origination Analyst for Commercial Real Estate Transaction Services is responsible for ensuring policy and regulatory
compliance on all commercial real estate secured transactions for Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries,
Corporate Client Banking and Specialized Industries, Asset Based Lending, and Dealer Services.
The position will be part of a center of excellence for commercial real estate lending. Individuals will provide expertise on
all real estate related polices and procedures (FIRREA, FIDICIA, Flood Insurance and Environmental Risk Management)
and understand the regulations and how they apply to the Firm's policies and procedures.
Order flood determinations and obtain compliance packages for all flood trigger events and flood insurance renewal.
Engages Appraisal Services Group and Environmental Risk Management via C360, completes FDICIA Loan to Value
calculations for FDICIA trigger events, and reviews all ICRD proposals with real estate collateral supports for data quality.
The position assures overall compliance with all commercial real estate bank policies and regulations while maintaining a
positive and productive partnership with the line of business and other internal partners.
+ 3 - 5 years of commercial real estate lending experience (mortgage experience only does not meet minimum qualifications)
+ Knowledge of real estate collateral monitoring and risk management
+ Advanced analytical and time management skills
+ Ability to form positive partnerships with internal partners including underwriters, bankers and credit management as well as Clients
+ Excellent and proactive written and oral communication
+ Advanced ability to multi-task and prioritize.
+ Position must be able to work independently.
+ Minimum of 8 years professional experience in loan/product operations or a credit/ lending environment
+ College education preferred.
