Growing client in the Garland area is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their growing team. Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be hired on a full-time basis (no contract period) with excellent benefits package. Duties include:
• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
Requirements
• Bilingual speaking/writing/reading abilities an absolute must (English/Spanish)
• Great attention to detail
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
