Responsibilities:
+ Sell security technology and technology services (i.e. installation, integration, and maintenance) to Prosegur’s existing clients while simultaneously developing business opportunities and selling technology and technology services to new clients.
+ Develop high-trust client relationships by listening to current and prospective clients to learn how Prosegur can help them improve safety and security for their personnel, facilities, and operations.
+ Work closely with clients before, during, and after the installation of safety and security technology projects to ensure client satisfaction and to document the return on their investment while looking for additional opportunities for continued improvement.
+ Pursue professional development about emerging safety and security technology with particular emphasis on access control, building automation, IoT, video surveillance and analytics, threat detection, access control, visitor and property management systems, intrusion detection systems, perimeter barriers, sensor fusion, control room / SOC operations, drone / anti-drone technology, and system integration.
Qualifications:
+ Must be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, committed to ethical, honest behavior, and eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
+ Must have at least five (5) years of experience as a successful sales professional within the private security industry and clients with critical security requirements.
+ Must possess exceptional personal presence and persuasive personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate complex technical concepts and promote Prosegur’s value proposition.
+ Must have a working knowledge of CCTV/IP video systems, Access Control systems PC application software, Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel, Dynamics, Teams, Yammer, and Power BI), and familiarity with most major electronic security and CCTV platforms to include: Lenel,
+ Bosch, Honeywell, Axis, Avigilon, Ademco, Genetec, AnyVision, Milestone, ExacQ, Assa Abloy, HID, and Pelco.
+ Must have a demonstrated ability to meet revenue and margin targets.
Working conditions/physical demands:
+ Must be willing, able, and available for local, regional, and national travel as needed.
+ Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
+ Frequent sitting for extended periods.
