Position Summary:
Join our highly progressive Talent Acquisition Team to help bring the Service King's EVP to life, This role will develop, implement, activate and manage social media channels, integrated branding and media throughout our digital career platform, including careers website, ATS, sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter). Additionally, this position will manage the partnership between TA, Marketing and our external vendors and media partners.
Responsibilities:
+ Execute progressive marketing and communication campaigns that build awareness of Service King's talent brand and create engaging, powerful and diverse talent pipelines
+ Manage our social media and digital media strategy through various channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, The Muse, etc.
+ Lead the creation and delivery of digital content through partnerships with our internal Marketing group
+ Ensure our careers site provides a best-in-class digital candidate experience to include design, consistent messaging, appropriate SEO usage, and a high visit to applicant conversion rate
+ Collaborate with the recruiting team and internal stakeholders to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting channels and campaigns
+ Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent branding efforts, social media and other talent attraction initiatives
+ Manage vendors related to the execution of employer branding initiatives, including stretching partnerships to meet goals while minimizing overall expense
+ Identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our talent brand and candidate experience
+ Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with the roll out of new talent programs and other special projects to continually enhance the way we attract and develop the best talent for our teams

Position Requirements
Preferred:
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, vendor management, and/or data analytics with a proven relationship management capability
