Computer Task Group is seeking a Call Center Representative for a remote opportunity. This will be back onsite in the Irving, Texas office when it is safe.
Shift-10:30 am to 7:00 pm shift time Monday through Friday, please submit candidates who are able to work this shift. Role will be working from home until everyone is back in the Irving office, the contractor will need strong internet at home to be able to work but they need to understand that working from home is only temporary until everyone is back in the office. Potential for conversion based on needs.
Required Function 1:
The ES Call Center Rep I is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to callers. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone lines. - Follow guidelines dictated in quality program for each call. - Ensure security procedures are met in every interaction. - Utilize DE system to procure needed program details to answer the callers questions in accordance with program guidelines. - Ensure correct information is communication in each interaction.
Required Function 2:
Required Skills: - Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, fluently in English. - Ability to demonstrate a customer service orientation. - Ability to be careful and thorough about detail. - Average manual dexterity in use of a PC, phone, sorting, filing and other office machines. - Ability to demonstrate good keyboard skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Ability to work independently, under pressure and within restricted time frames. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment. - Ability to manage time effectively. - Ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Required Education/Experience: - High School Diploma or GED required. - Additional education preferred. - <1 year of call center experience desired but not required - Demonstrated customer service skills required.
