As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

+ Make phone calls to clients to evaluate satisfaction level with attendant services.

+ Obtain information related to needs that can not be met by the Community Care Service Plan.

+ When additional needs of a non-emergency nature are identified obtain verbal consent.

+ Refer to the appropriate PHC Liaison for follow-up and referral.

+ Potential complaints or emergency situations are referred to the local Community Care office who serves the client for following up.

+ Document all calls and maintain per HIPAA requirements.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

+ High School education required, at least two years of college preferred.

+ Good communication and problem solving skills required.

+ Ability to function in a high stress environment essential.

+ Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish).
