Pay:
r Pay for all miles plus fuel on all dispatch miles
r Stop and Detention – half of billed amount.
r Routed Toll Reimbursement
r Full reimbursement for Lumpers and Trailer Washouts.
r No force dispatch, but if load declined will be put on bottom of list and deadhead will not be paid on next load.
Cost:
r Fixed costs for Insurance, Plates, Road & Fuel Taxes, Scanning, and Satellite - $250 - $300 per week.
r $1,500 escrow - $100 per week payroll deduction for 15 weeks.
r Maintenance Account at .08 cpm
Lease Equipment:
r 2015 & 2016 Peterbilt 386, 579 and occasionally KW T660. Truck payment varies by specific truck!
r All trucks equipped APU’s.
r Will have 50% rubber and brakes
r Comes with 30 day warranty
r Optional payroll deducted refrigerator. (Refrigerator not supplied)
r Trucks governed at 70 mph.
