Automotive Technician (Upper Bay & Flushes) - Euless Express Lube - Euless, TX
We are looking to add a reliable member to our team at Euless Express Lube.
Upper Bay Techs must be able to do the following:
COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS AND RECOMMEND NEEDED SERVICES. Enter car into POS system and communicate with lower bay tech which filters they need Open hood, top off fluids (brake fluid, power steering, wiper fluid, coolant, etc) and CHECK quality of fluids (Is a transmission or radiator flush needed?), add oil and check level Check and Replace Air Filter Check and Replace Cabin Filter Check Tire PressureImportant Note : We have spent the past 5 years building a reputation of honesty and integrity at Euless Express Lube. We are absolutely looking for someone who can communicate and sell flushes and filters, HOWEVER, we are not looking for someone who will PUSH these services when they are unnecessary. When you walk into our shop, you will see a coolant exchange machine, trans flush machine, and A/C machine. These are services that will actually help vehicles. You will NOT see us EVER selling an engine flush or any other service that are usually unnecessary for the vehicle. Furthermore, we don't push things just to sell them. We COMMUNICATE with our customers. Every time you interact with a customer, it should be to help them make a decision to keep their car in tip top shape.
Must be able to work full time (40 hrs/wk).
Must be reliable and consistent. If you miss days, you will not last here. If you think you will only be here a couple months, this is not the job for you.
We are a tightly knit group and most of our employees have been here 2-5 years. Commitment and honesty is expected. State inspection license is nice if you have it, but not required. We will help you attain any certification you need for our shop.
