Our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team undertakes the planning and ongoing administration of the system that delivers automated HR solutions to the business to drive efficiencies and cost savings. We’re proud to develop global HR systems, policies and programs that support company objectives, while evaluating hardware and software needs and devising processes and tools that facilitate the administration of data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Possesses knowledge of Workday Business Process configuration, must include HCM

Responsible for performing Workday configurations based on business requirements

Supports HR production systems and/or development projects

Designs, plans, tests and implements both new applications and enhancements to existing systems

Provides HR systems expertise and knowledge of IT initiatives and capabilities in recommending new systems or system improvements

Functions as internal consultant to HR service owners to deliver process improvement tools, methodologies and effective facilitation tools

Responsible for vendor management of HR data consumers

Keeps up-to-date of industry trends and new methods in information systems and HR as well as business processes

Analyzes business requirements and determines hardware and software requirements to meet data management needs

Develops or modifies processes to ensure the effective storage, retrieval and reporting of team member data

Ensures integrity of HR databases, and provides HRIS systems support to HR Operations function

May support specific HR information functions including: Integrations, Reporting and Data analysis or Web design

Experience

Previous WD HCM Consulting and Configuration experience is preferred

8-10 years of HR experience

Project Management experience preferred

Technologically savvy – comfortable working with and through technology

Has worked in a global role and appreciates how to develop solutions that will have global applicability
