Quality Manager

Quality Manager This position is responsible for the development, direction and implementation of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and coordinating activities surrounding quality.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements Quality Management policies and procedures as needed to

meet ISO 9001 requirements

• Ensures that the QMS processes are maintained.

• Conducts periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are

followed.

• Responsible for reporting QMS performance to senior leadership.

• Identifies, plans, and implements improvement needs and effectively communicates

these with senior leadership.

• Promotes awareness of customer quality requirements and effectively communicates

these to applicable stakeholders within the organization.

• Serves as a primary point of contact for the customer to ensure the resolution of

problems as needed.

• Evaluating final outputs of products to determine their quality
