The Parts Warehouse Personnel is responsible to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
+ Receive log and reconcile packing list with materials received
+ Report discrepancies/damages and part number changes to supervisor
+ Stock parts in appropriate bins by checking ticket or invoice
+ Fill picking tickets, repair orders, incoming invoices or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to parts counter
+ Pull orders accurately
+ Mark materials with identifying information
+ Weigh or count items for distribution Inputs records into the computer system
+ Drive vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to shop or to pick up items from several locations for shipment
+ Prepare parcels for mailing
+ Maintain inventory records
+ Keeps work area clean and orderly
+ Process returns and scrap as directed
+ Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
+ Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
+ Attend weekly department meetings
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for three or more hours at a time
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Must be at least eighteen years of age
+ Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
+ Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
