Description:
Works under the direction of the Director, Nurse Manager, House Supervisor or Charge Nurse to provide, delegate, and coordinate nursing care at CHISLHB. The delivery of care is based on criteria that is age appropriate and on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient. The RN will collaborate with other members of the health care team, including physicians, to provide quality health care. He/She will assure that quality nursing care is delivered to the patient and to help return the patient to a state of optimal wellness, or to a state in which the highest quality of life can be maintained. The RN may rotate to areas other than his/her assigned service areas. The RN performs duties consistent with the appropriate scope or practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at CHISLHB.
Qualification: Associate's Degree in Nursing required BCLS, NIHSS, Registered Nursing License required 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
