Locations: Pleasanton, San Antonio, Hondo
Responsibilities and Duties
Provides cable, phone, and internet installation and troubleshooting services Educates customers on available services while demonstrating account ownership Troubleshoots customer issues for resolution Processes electronic and manual payments Work with customer to resolve delinquent accountsQualifications and Skills
Interest in broadband, cable television, and VOIP technologies Ability to adapt quickly to changing and evolving technology Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Strong desire to work in a small business environment Demonstrated dependability by adhering to flexible break and lunch schedule. Looking for a growing company with advancement opportunities Ability to lift and move up to 80lbs (Safety weight limit 275lbs)May be required to work hours other than regular schedule including shift work (weekends and holidays).
