Validation Engineer - Aerotek (Texas)
Description:
- Acting as a hybrid to support the Validation Engineering teams
- Provide guidance to support teams on the technical implementation of validation documentation and processes
- Reviewing and approval of validation documents
- Experience in developing or updating validation SOP and work instructions
- Assisting in implementing validation processes on all manufacturing lines

Top Skills Details:
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 4+ years' experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Strong TMV/MSA experience with attribute and variable type data
- Strong experience in technical writing of validation deviation reports, and understanding when deviation required or not
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis (e.g. gage R&R, hypothesis tests, process capability analysis)
- Strong understanding of change impact assessment for revalidation criteria
NICE TO HAVE:
- Sterilization validation and software validation experience is a huge plus
- Automation process validation experience is expected
