Registered Nurse (RN) -Emergency Department
Ascension Seton Smithville, Smithville, TX
Part Time Day/24 hours per week
7am to 7pm
What You Will Do
Responsibilities:
+ Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
+ Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
+ Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
+ Assesse and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Required Credential(s):
+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ One or more of the following:
+ Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ Preferred Credential(s):
+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Education:
+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Experience:
1-2 years of Emergency Department RN experience preferred
