Work you’ll do
This role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to work with several teams within CMG and Marketing Excellence to provide coaching and training experiences around digital presence. The manager would get to work with a wide array of groups within the organization to help increase social media, video, and other digital presence skills.
The ideal candidate will be a high-performing Manager with an understanding of how to measure effectiveness of coaching and training programs, solid design thinking skills, great content development skills, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences using design thinking and creative problem solving. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role as well as strong project management skills.
Design and Execution
+ Work with several SMEs to develop knowledge of needs lab offerings and custom human centered design approaches, guiding design and delivery tailored to clients; focusing on a high-quality and consistent experiences.
+ Demonstrating ability to diagnose adaptive challenges and collaboratively create custom experiences but also create repeatable experiences across different audiences.
+ Demonstrating strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to understand and address challenges and draw out key talking points; selecting speaking style and approach best suited for the situation and audience.
+ Collaborate with members of the GDA to intake, resource, deliver, and measure effectiveness.
+ Working with business and internal stakeholders as needed to construct and orchestrate custom experiences.
+ Bringing wide-ranging experience, professional concepts, and functional area / Deloitte objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways; bringing personal subject matter expertise to play where relevant.
Program Management
+ Develop a portfolio of trainings – from self-service to white glove.
+ Develop a library of deliverables – from PPT to video and more.
+ Lead promotion of GDA capabilities.
+ Collaborate with others with the GDA, Marketing Excellence, and other groups to leverage other offerings, programs, tools, processes, etc.
