Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales - Clifford Power Systems, Inc. - Garland, TX

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
Supporting our existing customer base by managing planned maintenance agreement renewals, quoting repair work, and quoting additional services. Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with existing and potential service customers.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Process Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) information in company accounting system including: services to be performed, site locations, equipment details, tax info and credit account info.
Process renewal agreements and make modifications as needed to existing contracts.
Prospect, qualify and quote repair work, warranty work and additional services to service customers.
Follow up with customers throughout the selling process, document communications in company CRM system.
Provide weekly contact & quote reports as well as customer follow up information to supervisor as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven selling ability & PC skills are required. PC Skills include experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Successful candidate will be required to work with Clifford Power Systems, Inc.'s CRM software .

Have a proven track record of closing sales, obtaining new business and maintaining strong customer relationships
