Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
+ Assist members by phone with questions regarding their accounts.
+ Educate members on banking products and services.
+ Process basic financial transactions: transfers, check orders, loan payments.

+ Contact Center (1 year of experience is required)
+ Banking / Financial (1 year of experience is preferred)
+ Telephone Etiquette
