BCBA Overview and Responsibilities:

+ Clinical position responsible for the creation and oversight of the implementation of ABA programs

+ Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and designs, analyzes, and modifies ABA programs based on assessment results and ongoing data

+ Provides family guidance and direction services in home, center and community locations

+ Mentors and supports BTs and RBTs and provides supervision to BCBA interns

Leadership positions have additional responsibilities:

+ Oversees implementation of family guidance, direction, and direct services to ensure best possible clinical outcomes

+ Works collaboratively with operations staff to enable access to care for children with autism and related disabilities

+ Responsible for overall culture and performance of all clinical employees in the center

+ Provides training, mentorship, and supervision to clinical employees including BCBA interns

Job Requirements:

+ BCBA in good standing with the BACB

+ Two to four years of related professional experience depending on position

+ Ability to challenge oneself to continue learning and growing as part of a multidisciplinary team

+ Ability to a “think outside the box” to achieve positive outcomes for all clients and team members

+ Must be obsessive about timely access to care and high-quality outcomes for all clients
